Lock screen doesn't announced at startup, it goes directly to the password page. Any ideas???

It simply works if the secure login screen (Ctrl+Alt+Del) is NOT set. If it is, you take to use a local policy (or group policy in a domain) to set it.
And if you lot turn off the secure login, modify the lock screen epitome and then plow it back on again, the lock screen prototype goes back to the default one.
The setting is there all right, just Windows 10 Pro pays not attention to information technology. You lot have to set up a local policy to really alter it. Computer Configuration --> Authoritative Templates --> Control Console --> Personalization --> Forcefulness a specific default lock screen image --> Enabled and select your epitome.
I hope telling simply half the story of how to modify things in Windows ten is going to become the standard procedure from Microsoft.

You lot're hitting a bug. If y'all have Secure Login prepare, that ends upward checking for "DisableLockScreenAppNotifications" under:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\Organisation
If that value is fix to 0x1, a custom lock screen image is disabled. The problems is that currently if you are using Secure Login, that value must be explicitly set to 0x0 in order for a custom lock screen paradigm to exist displayed. You don't need to utilize a forced lock screen image here: you can simply explicitly set the value of DisableLockScreenAppNotifications to 0x0 and that will become this working once again.
The correct people are aware of this bug.

I have a similar problem here, Windows 10 Pro and Edu 1511 10586.71
"Force a specific default lock screen epitome" only works when I also "Foreclose changing lock screen image".
BUT: its only works for the initial login afterwards a reboot. When ctrl-alt-delte->lock, it will show the picture that the user had selected earlier. And he tin can't even alter it anymore.

It's literally the default lock screen image: if the user has customized their lock screen prototype already, information technology's no longer relevant. Come across also:

I believe I found the issue for that. (If the groundwork is set to Windows Spotlight)
This is only tested on ane auto with no reboots or anything so make sure to practice proper testing before yous were to implement. I don't know if this setting will persist afterwards reboot (My approximate is information technology won't considering it is in Electric current User, but the aforementioned settings can be set for each user in HKEY_Users) but, the problem I was having was that afterward setting the GPO "Forcefulness a specific default lock screen epitome" it simply showed upon kick (or when someone RDP'd into figurer)
After a user logged in it changed to their Windows spotlight lock screen settings.
The registry settings to change it from Spotlight to "moving picture" (which is the required setting for the default image) are every bit follows:
